Muhammad Babangida is an experienced polo player. He is a member of the Kaduna Polo Club. Polo is one other of his main hobbies, along with the aforementioned reading. He’s a leader in this current generation of young polo players. The Kaduna Polo Club is based in Kaduna, Nigeria. The Kaduna Polo Club is associated with the Nigerian Polo Association.

Additionally, Muhammad Babangida has a history with the El-Amin Polo Team. In October 1995 he formed this team. The El-Amin Polo Team won their thirteenth IBB Cup In 2013.
